We work with a variety of metals.
Everything we use has been approved through rigorous quality standards that focus on the good of our staff, our customers, and the Earth.
Here’s a breakdown of the content in our metals:
Sterling Silver is 92.5% Silver and 7.5% Copper.
Yellow Gold Filled is solid 14kt Gold bonded over jeweler’s Brass.
Rose Gold Filled is 14kt Gold and Copper bonded over jeweler’s Brass. Copper is what gives Rose Gold its warm hue.
Nu Gold (or Red Brass) is 85% Copper and 15% Zinc.
German Silver is 65% Copper, 18% Nickel and 17% Zinc.
Copper is pure 100% Copper.

Base metals such as Nu Gold, German Silver, and Copper may discolor the skin and are more prone to tarnish. If any of this is a concern for you, we suggest upgrading to fine metal such as Sterling Silver, Yellow Gold Filled and Rose Gold Filled. Please reach out prior to ordering if you have any questions or concerns.

Typical production time runs 5 business days.
Production time for some items, such as Patina and Raw Stone Jewelry, runs up to 2 weeks.
Once each order is finished, it is beautifully gift packaged and shipped.

Most purchases can be returned or exchanged for store credit only within 30 days of delivery date. We do not offer refunds back to your original form of payment.

Some pieces are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange after purchased. This includes Sterling Silver stone rings, Turquoise rings, Raw Stone Jewelry and any piece that has been personalized.

Due to the custom, hand crafted nature of our pieces we do not accept cancellations. Upon ordering, they promptly enter production to be made to your specifications.

For items that are eligible for exchange, they must be mailed back in their original packaging and must not be worn.

If your jewelry is damaged upon arrival, or breaks within 6 months of delivery date, let us know and we will offer a replacement or refund for store credit only.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

** How you choose to send the item back to us for return or exchange is your choice, we recommend USPS First Class mail as the most economical option. If you are exchanging, you will be responsible for $5.50 for us to return the replacement item to you. This can be paid via Paypal, Venmo, or over the phone.

Additional guidelines for jewelry care include:
Store jewelry in a sealed bag or box in a cool, dark and dry place.
Apply cosmetics, hair products, lotions, perfumes and powders prior to donning your jewelry.
Remove your pieces before showering, sunbathing, swimming, washing dishes, or exercising.
Prevent damage and breakage by removing jewelry at bedtime.

Raw Stone Jewelry is created using our in-house electroforming and plating operations. This process is fantastic alchemy that produces one-of-a-kind treasures.
We use raw birthstones and other gems and form a unique setting in your choice of 24 karat Yellow Gold plated, 18 karat Rose Gold plated, Fine .999 Silver plated or Copper.
All pieces are initially electroformed in Copper before receiving their luxurious fine metal treatments.
Raw Stone Jewelry is handcrafted just for you. This means you have infinite opportunities to personalize meaningful custom creations that tell your unique story.
We do not accept cancellations or returns on these very custom works of art.

Patina is a genuine metal oxidation process which provides the vibrant pops of color you see in our shop.
We work with Eco-friendly patinas to create these wearable works of art. Some pieces receive our Eco-friendly spray sealants while others receive our low-VOC ever-clear process to create a barrier to prevent the patina from wearing off too soon. Your patina piece is fully cured upon delivery to you. With the ever-clear treated pieces, the coating is best described as a modified resin, similar to varnish on furniture. If you have experienced allergic tendencies when in contact with varnish, we suggest you opt for our untreated metal pieces.

We follow precise US Ring Sizing Standards so we can provide a comfortable, reliable experience for our customers. To be confident you are ordering the right size, be sure to read all product information thoroughly as with some pieces we do encourage upsizing depending on the fit.
For ring sizing, we strongly recommend purchasing one of our reusable Ring Sizers prior to ordering.
Alternatively, having your fingers professionally sized by a local jeweler or jewelry shop is recommended.

Cuff bracelets are beautiful, comfortable, and versatile. Their design is flexible, allowing you to adjust and find your perfect fit.
We offer two cuff sizes, 6.5” and 7”. About 80% of our customers find the 6.5” size to work best for them.
Cuffs are intended to fit close to the skin, snugly. To fit your cuffs, gently open them up by pulling apart the sides. Slide the cuff onto your wrist and then pinch it down. A little pinch on either side of the opening works well. Gently bend, shape, twist to suit!

While all of our rings are made true to US Ring Sizing Standards, some people benefit from going up 1/2 to a full size for the most comfortable fit with rings that stack up to to 1/2″ and greater. This includes Stacking Rings, Dynamo Ring, Make Your Mark Ring, Wrap Rings, and any ring that is considered to be a wide banded ring. With regard to stacking rings, if you are stacking 4-5 stacking rings we usually find most people benefit from upsizing.
