Since everything is made to order in-house from scratch, normal production is currently 5 business days for most products, some take longer. Rush is NOT available on our Raw Stone Rings. Those require 2 weeks in house to hand produce them and cannot be rushed.
Rush production will rush your piece through production within 3 business days for a fee of $25 per piece. Rush production won’t bump, displace or affect any other orders in queue, those orders will still be fulfilled under our normal production schedule as timely as possible. Rush production is its own entity with staff designated specifically to cover those orders. We reserve the right to cancel this premium service at any time based on our load.
